Learn to cultivate strength, flexibility and relaxation. This class is geared towards new students who are interested in learning about yoga as well as those who have previous practice experience. Come together as a community to learn ways to reduce your stress and cultivate mindfulness in your everyday life.
Free and open to the public.
This class takes place every Thursday from 6:30pm – 7:30pm.
Please note our fitness class policies:
- All participants must fill out an annual registration form.
- Only fitness participants are allowed in the room during instruction time.
- Minors between the ages of 16 and 17 are eligible to participate, but must submit a signed parental consent form.
