Burn calories and fat more efficiently using the power of HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training)! Intervals in this class could be one minute, 40 seconds, or even 30 seconds followed by periods of active recovery. PLUS will help you develop strength and flexibility with specially designed body weight exercises.
The class uses resistance bands and light weights to build muscle tone. You never know what you might encounter week-to- week because we mix it up to keep it fun and interesting. One week it might be kickboxing and the next week designated work stations with challenging and fun exercises with even a few dance steps thrown in. Open to all fitness levels and age groups. No gimmicks – just get moving!

This class takes place every Tuesday from 6:30pm – 7:30pm.
Please note our fitness class policies:
- All participants must fill out an annual registration form.
- Only fitness participants are allowed in the room during instruction time.
- Minors between the ages of 16 and 17 are eligible to participate, but must submit a signed parental consent form.
