Beginners Health Qigong & Tai Chi (Monday Morning Class) Download as iCal file

Introduction to the Qigong and Tai Chi practices—gentle, slow, smooth and coherent movements that couple tension and relaxation as participants work to harmonize their mind, breath and body.


Free. All ages and fitness levels are welcome, but this class is most appropriate for adults. 


This class takes place every Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 10:00am - 11:00am.
